Senior Accountant

Role: Senior Accountant within Ocular Therapeutix's corporate accounting team, supporting financial close, reporting, and internal controls in a public company setting. Responsibilities: execute journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis to ensure accurate, compliant financial statements per U.S. GAAP; collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate accounting data; support SOX compliance through control documentation; assist in external audits and financial reporting packages; participate in process improvements and standards adoption. Requirements: Bachelor’s in accounting/finance; CPA preferred; 3-6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a public company or life sciences industry; strong Excel skills; ERP experience; excellent communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
