Key Responsibilities:
- Express and screen candidate vaccine antigens transiently in mammalian cell culture (e.g., Expi293F) in standard/medium-throughput formats (e.g., 96-well).
- Analyze antigen expression via Western blot/dot blot and flow cytometry.
- Execute immunoassays (e.g., ELISA, Luminex) to profile preclinical immune responses.
- Organize and track samples/reagents, coordinate inventories, and support lab operations.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Document work in an electronic laboratory notebook; assist with SOPs, protocols, and reports.
- Analyze/interpret/present data to support candidate selection.
- Comply with Lilly Research Policies and complete required training.

Basic Qualifications:
- BS (or equivalent) in biochemistry, immunology, cell biology, or related field; hands-on research lab experience.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time (no visa sponsorship).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Mammalian cell culture; immunoassay experience (ELISA/Western blot/dot blot).
- Transient transfection; Luminex (high-throughput); flow cytometry.
- Recombinant DNA experience; 2+ years industry lab experience.

Skills/Competencies:
- Highly organized; strong attention to detail; clear written records; strong communication; proactive problem-solving.

Additional Information:
- Onsite, full-time; occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
- Anticipated wage: $71,250–$187,000; company bonus and comprehensive benefits (e.g., 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life/disability, time off, well-being).
