What You Will Achieve
- Support Pfizer’s biotherapeutics portfolio by enabling analytical testing to support process development of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
How You Will Achieve It
- Support analytical testing for ADC and mAb process development.
- Follow procedures with general instructions; work under moderate supervision with regular review.
- Perform routine testing of in-process samples, support pre-formal stability, and assist with automation development.
- Support process development activities.
- Compile data, prepare presentations, and support lab automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years’ experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years’ experience.
- Experience with analytical techniques (UPLC, CGE, icIEF).
- Strong independent problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Proficiency with scientific software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on lab experience; strong experimental design and result interpretation.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency using personal computers (Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, scientific software).
Nice-to-Have
- In-process analytical support for ADC or mAbs.
- Techniques: SE-UPLC, icIEF, CGE, Mass Spectrometry.
- Liquid handling robotics (Tecan, Hamilton); mass spectrometry software (Byosphere, Byos, Xcalibur).
- Collaborative team skills; strong organization and time management.
- Coding/digital skills (Python, C#); AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).

Compensation/Benefits (if explicitly stated)
- Annual base salary: $79,400–$132,400; bonus target 7.5% of base salary; 401(k) with Pfizer matching, additional retirement contribution, paid vacation/holidays/personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision).
