Required Experience/Skills:
- Strong foundation in analytical chemistry/biochemistry.
- Hands-on LC-MS/MS quantitative bioanalysis for small molecules or biologics (sample prep, method execution, data acquisition).
- Familiarity with biological matrices (e.g., plasma, tissues, enzymes, cell systems).
- Proficiency with data tools (Excel, GraphPad Prism, electronic lab notebooks).
- Attention to detail; generating high-quality, reproducible data.
- Follow protocols and troubleshoot experimental/instrumentation issues.
- Communication and collaboration; problem-solving, learning agility, growth mindset.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- In vitro ADME/DMPK assays (metabolic stability, protein binding, reaction phenotyping, enzyme inhibition).
- LC-MS instrumentation knowledge (troubleshooting, maintenance, method optimization).
- Cell/tissue or subcellular systems; lab automation/liquid handling/high-throughput workflows; Spotfire.
