Scientist I, Large Molecule Bioanalysis LC-MS

Role: Scientist in Large Molecule Bioanalysis supporting preclinical development of peptides, antibodies, proteins, ADCs, and conjugates. Responsibilities: develop and optimize hybrid LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS methods for peptide/protein quantitation, support bioanalysis of PK/TK samples, perform immunoaffinity enrichment, protein digestion, intact protein analysis, peptide mapping, and biotransformation assessments; document and communicate results, contribute to method improvements. Requirements: BS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related; 2+ years relevant industry experience with hands-on LC-MS/MS analysis of proteins or peptides; familiarity with hybrid LC-MS, immunoaffinity workflows, high-resolution MS, and bioanalytical method development; experience supporting preclinical bioanalysis and GLP transfer preferred; knowledge of analytical software like Skyline, Analyst, TraceFinder, Chromeleon, or BioPharma Finder beneficial.
