Role: Scientist, Drug Product Development supporting lentiviral vector programs within cell and gene therapy. Focus on formulation, process development, characterization, stability, and technology transfer for viral vector drug products. Responsibilities include designing experiments, analyzing data, supporting process optimization, and preparing documentation for regulatory submissions; collaborating with Process Development, Analytical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams. Requirements: Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related; 0-2 years (Ph.D.) or 4-6 years (M.S.) industry experience; hands-on experience in viral vectors, biologics, or cell therapies; knowledge of formulation, fill-finish, stability, and GMP principles; strong experimental, analytical, and documentation skills. High-Value: gene therapy, viral vectors, biologics, cGMP, IND-enabling, cross-functional team collaboration. Work setup: hybrid, with in-person work at least three days weekly.
