Scientist 1- Process Chemistry

Role: Process Development Scientist supporting development and commercialization of new biopharma reagents and consumables, focusing on chemistry, microfluidics, and surface chemistry. Responsibilities: develop, optimize, validate, and transfer processes; troubleshoot deviations; design experiments, analyze data, and document results; collaborate across Chemistry, Microfluidics, Assay Development, and Production teams; and potentially develop custom instrumentation and consumables for microbiology applications. Requirements: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry; 0-3 years industry experience; strong knowledge of physical chemistry, process scale-up, and process transfer; proficiency in statistical tools and documentation; excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: experience with automation, custom instrumentation, microfluidic device development, and statistical analysis.
