Responsibilities:
- Manage customer QA document requests by locating/creating documents and working with QA for timely customer responses.
- Track requests; keep SOPs updated; maintain working knowledge of Bio-techne products.
- Update electronic filing systems; manage computer databases/spreadsheets.
- Prepare field notification customer lists (merge/proof letters for format/spelling); ensure correspondence and internal notifications are distributed.
- Evaluate scientific literature to identify product catalog numbers; gather sample type/application details.
- Enter citations and related information into the Reference Database.
- Assist Technical Service with departmental functions/projects, including maintenance of technical resources.
- Support Technical Service applications (scalability, security, performance, reliability).
- Support CRM database: add contacts/activities; log/track QA request completion; clean up contacts and merge duplicates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree with coursework in Biological Sciences or Biochemistry (or equivalent).
- Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Preferred: Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Access.
