Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Manage customer QA document requests by locating or creating requested documents and working with QA to ensure timely customer responses.
- Track requests; keep SOPs updated; maintain working knowledge of Bio-Techne products.
- Prepare customer lists for Field Notifications (merge/proof lists; proof letters for format/spelling) and ensure correspondence and internal notifications are distributed.
- Evaluate scientific literature to identify Bio-Techne product catalog numbers; gather additional details (sample type, application).
- Enter citation details into the Reference Database to associate citations with products on the website.
- Assist Technical Service with department functions/projects (e.g., maintenance of technical resources) and support applications to ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain electronic product filing systems (set up new product files in a Wiki database; update OEM supplier product information).
- Provide CRM support: enter new contacts/activities; log and track completion of QA document requests; clean up customer contact information and merge duplicate records.
- Follow company safety policies and handbook practices; perform additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree with coursework in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
- Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Preferred: Salesforce (or similar CRM); Microsoft Access.

- Work schedule: 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
