Scientific Partnership Medical Director

Role: Senior Medical Affairs leader serving as Scientific Partnership Medical Director (SPMD) within North America Medical Affairs, focusing on strategic engagement with US health systems and oncology networks. Responsibilities: develop and execute enterprise-level medical strategies aligned with company priorities, serve as the primary scientific contact for institutional leadership, coordinate cross-functional medical resources, foster scientific collaborations including clinical trials and research initiatives, and represent the company at industry forums. Responsibilities also include building relationships with key decision-makers, translating scientific data into actionable insights, and influencing internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions. Requirements: MD, PharmD, PhD, or DO with 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma industry, with extensive Medical Affairs experience, particularly in oncology. Deep understanding of US healthcare delivery, oncology landscape, and enterprise health system structures is essential. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking, and ability to influence matrix teams are critical. High proficiency in scientific communication and project management needed. High-value specifics: focus on oncology (multiple tumor types), enterprise healthcare systems, clinical and evidence generation, and collaboration across R&D, Market Access, and Commercial functions.
