Role: Scientific/Medical Director, Global Hematology Pipeline at AbbVie, providing expert medical and scientific input into disease and asset strategies within hematology, including evidence generation and communication plans. Responsibilities: support development of scientific narratives, oversee pipeline evidence strategies, serve as a medical interface with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to medical education and clinical research activities. Qualifications: PhD or PharmD with 5-7+ years in pharma or 7-10 years in Medical Affairs, with experience in multiple myeloma and cell therapies preferred; knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional teamwork.
