Scientific / Medical Director, Global Hematology Pipeline, Medical Affairs

Role: Scientific/Medical Director, Global Hematology Pipeline at AbbVie, providing expert medical/scientific input for hematology asset and disease strategy, evidence generation, and scientific communication. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical evidence strategies, lead scientific narratives, support pipeline studies (including sponsored and investigator-initiated), and serve as a therapeutic area resource. Engage with internal teams (clinical, discovery, commercial, regulatory) and external stakeholders, including investigators and medical societies. Contribute to medical education programs and ensure compliance with budgets and timelines. Qualifications: PhD or PharmD with 5-7+ years (Medical Director) or MD with 0-2 years (Medical Doctor) in clinical or medical affairs experience; experience in multiple myeloma and cell therapies preferred. Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional leadership skills required.
