Role: Scientific/Medical Director, Global Hematology Pipeline, Medical Affairs, providing expert medical input for hematology asset strategy, evidence generation, and external engagement. Responsibilities: develop disease and asset strategies, oversee pipeline research including studies and collaborations, create scientific narratives and communication plans, serve as a therapeutic area expert, support medical education, and coordinate scientific activities across internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications: PhD or PharmD with 5-7+ years in pharma/medical affairs (7-10+ in Medical Affairs preferred), experience in multiple myeloma and cell therapies highly desired, knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and data analysis. For Medical Doctors, 0-2 years clinical trial/medical affairs experience (3+ preferred), with similar therapeutic expertise.
