Scientific Director / Senior Medical Director, Multiple Myeloma (International Medical Affairs)

Role: Scientific Director / Senior Medical Director providing specialist medical and scientific input into medical affairs activities such as data generation, clinical strategy, safety monitoring, and educational initiatives. Responsibilities: design and interpret clinical protocols, oversee clinical study integrity, address safety issues, contribute to medical education and marketing materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory and commercial units. Qualifications: advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD), 10-15 years in pharma or related fields for Scientific Director; 2+ years clinical trial or medical affairs experience for Senior Medical Director, with expertise in relevant therapeutic areas—preferably multiple myeloma. Skills: strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and leadership in global teams; excellent communication skills. High-Value: focus on oncology and hematology, clinical trials, regulatory oversight, and integration with commercial strategies. Work setup: hybrid model based from Mettawa, IL or Florham Park, NJ, with a 3-day onsite requirement.
