Role: Lead the Global Medical Affairs Precision Medicine strategy in oncology, focusing on advancing biomarker implementation, companion diagnostics, and emerging diagnostic technologies to support marketed and pipeline assets. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategies supporting biomarker adoption, establish partnerships with diagnostics and academic institutions, build and lead cross-functional biomarker and pathology engagement teams, and generate evidence through medical education and scientific communications. Collaborate closely with Clinical Development, Commercial, HEOR, Regulatory, and other teams to integrate diagnostic strategies into development and commercialization. Qualifications: PhD or PharmD with 10-15 years in pharma or related fields; 7-10 years in Medical Affairs for senior director level; MD or equivalent with 2+ years clinical or medical affairs experience for senior medical director; strong knowledge of oncology, especially multiple myeloma, clinical trial methodology, diagnostics, and regulatory landscape.
