Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee development and execution of scientific data dissemination/publication planning and medical communication/education strategy for the Immunology (Dermatology and Rheumatology) portfolio; responsible for pipeline development indications for Dermatology (HS).
- Lead a team of Publications and Medical Communications/Education professionals to plan and develop internal/external data dissemination and communications, including:
- Strategic publication planning and execution (abstracts for medical/scientific congresses, posters, platform presentations, manuscripts, and journal publication enhancements)
- Scientific communications resource development (scientific platforms, lexicons, FAQs/backgrounders) and advisory board content support
- Medical education planning (live programs/congress symposia, online education, multichannel HCP education, field medical tools, slide decks, medical booth resources)
- Report to Head of Global Scientific Communications – Immunology (Global Medical).
- Collaborate with external authors/academic experts; manage scientific agencies; work with cross-functional teams (including Research and Clinical Development) to drive data generation and integration of scientific, clinical, and business priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:
- PhD/PharmD/MD (life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences) and at least 5 years of relevant medical affairs experience.
- Team management experience (preferred).
- Experience with early pipeline assets.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors.
- Travel ~30% domestic/international.
- Office presence 3 days/week, including Monday or Friday.
- Based in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA.
- Experience managing/mentoring post-doctoral fellows.
- Ability to interpret and critique scientific/medical data with scientific and business implications.
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, and presentation of complex scientific/medical data.
- Proven track record of developing peer-reviewed publications.
- Customer-facing skills; ability to collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Experience collaborating with/supporting international medical scientific teams.
- Knowledge of data dissemination/healthcare interaction guidelines (e.g., CONSORT, ICMJE, GPPs, PhRMA Code).
