Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert for SAP manufacturing master data and production execution processes (Material Masters, BOMs, Recipes, Production Versions, Process Orders) supporting GMP manufacturing.
- Create, maintain, and govern SAP Material Masters; develop and maintain BOMs, Recipes, Production Versions, and related master data.
- Support engineering changes/change controls impacting manufacturing master data; ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance.
- Support master data audits, investigations, and continuous improvement.
- Support creation/release/monitoring/troubleshooting of Process Orders.
- Provide SAP support for material dispensing, goods movements, inventory transactions, and production execution; resolve SAP issues impacting batch execution.
- Support manufacturing readiness for new products, process changes, and technology transfers; monitor and resolve transaction/execution discrepancies.
- Evaluate system usage and implement enhancements; develop standardized procedures and training for SAP manufacturing.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements/upgrades.
- Author/execute/close change controls for SAP manufacturing processes, enhancements, master data changes, and implementations; assess impacts on data integrity, electronic records, and GMP compliance.
- Author/revise/maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and system documentation.
- Provide shop-floor/hardware support for barcode scanners, label printers, manufacturing printers, tablets/mobile devices, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with MES teams to align SAP master data with electronic batch records; support SAPโ†”PAS-X and other manufacturing system integrations; investigate integration issues.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and data integrity requirements; support deviations, CAPAs, audits/inspections; participate in validation and change management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and GMP.
- Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting Material Masters, BOMs, Recipes, Production Versions, Process Orders, and inventory/material movement transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions; excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to wear required gowning/PPE (e.g., Powered Air Purifying Respirator).
- Proven analytical/troubleshooting/problem-solving skills; strong verbal/written communication and documentation.
- Ability to prepare SOPs and other GxP documents; high integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with PAS-X or other MES.
- Knowledge of material lifecycle management, change control, and master data governance.
- Understanding of production planning, warehouse management, and shop floor execution.
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing and system integrations.
