Salesforce Engineer

Role: Salesforce Engineer supporting Telix's Px Strategy & Operations team, focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions for commercial operations in a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: translate business requirements into high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs; manage integrations with external systems; optimize existing Salesforce platforms; collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, and Finance; and support deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years of Salesforce development experience; proficiency with Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and integrations; Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications preferred; experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and Salesforce data security. High-Value: supporting commercial operations in oncology/rare diseases, working with Sales Cloud, and integrating with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft); experience working in matrixed environments with cross-functional stakeholders; hybrid/remote setup with potential for industry-relevant project work. Skills: strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; familiarity with Agile development and change management processes.
