Salesforce Developer

Position Summary
- Hands-on development and configuration across Salesforce environments; build well-tested solutions from defined requirements, extend integrations, and help keep the platform stable and performing well.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Develop/improve integrations using Web Services and APIs.
- Write unit tests; participate in QA and user acceptance testing.
- Investigate and resolve production defects, data issues, and user-reported problems; escalate complex issues with clear documentation.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning.
- Participate in code reviews; adhere to development standards; recommend configuration vs. custom code.
- Document builds and configuration changes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate progress/blockers.
- Deploy via CI/CD pipelines using Git-based version control; support release management and impact analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning frameworks, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong SDLC/agile understanding.
- Integration patterns experience: SOAP, REST, BULK APIs; familiarity with third-party integration tools.
- Lightning Web Components experience and at least one: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning.
- Git-based version control and exposure to CI/CD tooling.

Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II (valued but not required).
