Salesforce Architect

Role: Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture for Caris Life Sciences, supporting scalable, compliant business operations across healthcare and life sciences domains. Responsibilities: design and govern end-to-end Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), develop architecture blueprints, oversee system integrations with enterprise platforms (ERP, marketing automation), and guide automation development using declarative and programmatic tools. Act as technical advisor, enforce best practices, lead solution reviews, mentor teams, and collaborate with security and compliance functions. Requirements: 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with architecture, development, and solution design; Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect (CTA preferred); deep expertise in Lightning, Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow, integrations (MuleSoft, Boomi); strong understanding of security models and data modeling. Preferred: experience in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences), familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Git), large-scale transformations, and AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce; knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Work Setup: requires periodic travel, some evening/weekend work, and compliance with safety and job-specific training.
