      Role Summary
 Liquidia Biotechnology is seeking a dynamic Sales Training Manager to develop and deliver impactful training programs that equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to achieve commercial success. This role ensures our salesforce is well-versed in our innovative products, market positioning, and compliance standards, enabling them to drive growth in the Pulmonary Hypertension market.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, selling skills, and advanced sales techniques. Create engaging training materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and case studies tailored to the biotechnology industry.
 
  - Delivery of Training: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for the sales team, ensuring comprehension and application of concepts. Conduct regular workshops, role-playing sessions, and hands-on training to enhance sales effectiveness.
 
  - Product Knowledge: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and medical affairs teams to stay updated on new products, clinical data, and industry trends. Ensure the sales team understands and can effectively communicate the value proposition of LiquidiaβΓΓ΄s products.
 
  - Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Assess training program effectiveness through evaluations, sales performance metrics, and participant feedback. Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions. Conduct occasional Training Field rides and customer visits to provide coaching and stay updated on relevant updates in the PAH market.
 
  - Compliance and Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all training content adheres to regulatory, legal, and company compliance guidelines. Provide ongoing training to maintain compliance with industry standards and practices.
 
  - Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of best practices in sales training and adult learning methodologies. Regularly update and refine training programs to meet evolving business needs and market conditions.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - Minimum of 3 years in sales training, sales management, or a related role in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
 
  - Proven experience in developing and delivering sales training programs.
 
  - Travel up to 50%.
 
 
 
 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 
  - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
 
  - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
 
  - Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into training solutions.
 
  - Proficient in e-learning tools and CRM platforms.
