Sales Support Specialist (Pacific)

Role: Sales Support Specialist supporting Biodesix diagnostic solutions across a broad Pacific territory, including Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Hawaii. Primary objectives involve expanding provider awareness and adoption of lung diagnostic tests through field coverage and relationship building. Responsibilities include collaborating with regional leadership and sales teams, providing temporary or ongoing support in high-need areas, onboarding and training new accounts, addressing risks to retention, and maintaining CRM records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 0-3 years of healthcare sales or customer-facing experience preferred, valid US driver’s license, and willingness to travel extensively (90-100%). Skills: strong communication, organization, problem-solving, adaptability, and rapport-building with diverse healthcare providers.
