Sales Specialist Women's Healthcare (Scranton, PA)

Role: Women's Healthcare Sales Specialist responsible for managing the IUD portfolio and launching a new therapy within retail channels. Objectives include driving demand, clinical education, and achieving territory sales goals. Responsibilities encompass developing strategic business plans, building relationships with healthcare providers and accounts, supporting contract performance, and executing pull-through initiatives. The role requires deep disease state knowledge, competitive analysis, and collaboration across internal teams including Marketing, Medical, and Market Access. Qualifications: BA/BS degree, at least two years of sales experience in medical device/pharmaceuticals, with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred: Ob/gyn specialty experience, healthcare policy and payer landscape knowledge, and analytical skills for financial modeling.
