Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while following ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Maintain high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists, and others to create strategies for territory prescribers.
- Use sample programs, literature, and other materials to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond appropriately and timely to customer requests with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development (sales, communication, and product knowledge).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree and 0โ3 years of B2B sales experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
- Demonstrated business acumen; influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong verbal/interpersonal/listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member; self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight travel) and must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driverโs License and acceptable driving record; authorized ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing).
Compensation:
- Salary range: $72,000โ$108,000 (exact compensation may vary by skills, experience, and location).
