Sales Representative, Womenโ€™s Health โ€“ Philadelphia S, PA

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory consistent with sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals in territory while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists, and others to implement strategies for territory prescribers.
- Leverage sample program, literature, and other items to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond timely to customer requests with information consistent with the request.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; 0โ€“3 years of B2B sales experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Successful influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results.
- Self-starter, highly motivated.
- Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight); must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License and acceptable driving record; authorized ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Compensation:
- Salary range: $72,000โ€“$108,000 (varies by skills, experience, location).
