The Sales Representative implements marketing and sales strategies to promote products with the ENDO Sales Team by delivering balanced sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers at a defined frequency. Responsibilities include using approved marketing materials in the assigned territory; engaging in business planning and customer calls with healthcare practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail/wholesaler accounts (if applicable); planning and organizing activities for regular, consistent territory coverage; meeting product sales goals; maintaining territory information; participating in training, conference calls, and meetings; and providing occasional weekend coverage for patient programs. This role requires 50% travel (may include overnight travel).

Essential Functions
- Meet/exceed product sales performance goals through strategic business planning.
- Manage sample distribution and record transactions in accordance with Company Policy and PDMA.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations using approved materials and communicate product value propositions to target customers.
- Create a daily call schedule to cover the territory (calls/day as applicable).
- Demonstrate expertise in disease states and indications for promoted products.
- Implement the Amneal selling model and DiSC process principles.
- Perform pre/post-call analysis.
- Review/analyze sales data and use developmental budget funds to drive results.
- Complete administrative reports on time.
- Safeguard company assets (laptop, iPad, fleet vehicle, etc.).
- Enter calls promptly into Veeva via iPad and check/respond to email daily.

Additional Responsibility
- Adhere to company compliance policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of successful outside sales (life sciences preferred).
- Skills: Advanced communication/presentation; proficient disease/treatments knowledge; advanced success in pharma/medical device sales (preferred); advanced relationship building; advanced organizational/time management; proficient medical knowledge + sales expertise + passion for patients.
- License: US driverโ€™s license (upon hire) (Required).
