Sales Representative (Quakertown, PA - ENDO)

Role: Field Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling products within a designated geographic territory, primarily targeting healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail accounts. Objectives include meeting/exceeding sales goals through strategic planning, effective customer engagement, and comprehensive product knowledge. Responsibilities encompass managing sample distribution per regulatory guidelines, delivering persuasive sales presentations, maintaining accurate territory data, and utilizing sales systems like Veeva. The role requires regular reporting, adherence to compliance policies, and active participation in training and meetings, with occasional weekend coverage and 50% travel. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing, and a minimum of 1 year outside sales experience, preferably in pharma or medical devices. Skills needed include excellent communication, disease state understanding, relationship-building, self-motivation, and organizational skills. Licensure such as a US driver’s license is mandatory.
