Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Implement marketing & sales strategies with the ENDO Sales Team by delivering balanced, informative presentations to current/prospective customers.
- Use approved marketing/selling materials in the assigned territory; conduct effective business planning and regular customer coverage.
- Call on healthcare practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail/wholesaler accounts (as applicable).
- Meet/exceed product sales performance goals through strategic business planning.
- Manage distribution of samples and record sample transactions per PDMA guidelines; maintain accurate territory information.
- Develop daily call schedules to ensure efficient coverage.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease states and indications for promoted products.
- Apply the Amneal selling model/process principles (including DiSC) to improve customer interactions.
- Perform pre/post call analysis; analyze sales data and use developmental budget funds.
- Complete administrative reports on time; safeguard company assets; enter calls into Veeva and check/respond to email daily.
- Active participation in training, conference calls, and meetings; occasional weekend coverage may be required.
- Travel: 50% (may include overnight travel).

Essential qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field (Required).
- 1+ year of successful outside sales experience (life sciences preferred).
- US driver’s license (Required).

Skills:
- Advanced communication/presentation; proven success in pharma/medical device sales (preferred/advanced).
- Advanced relationship building, organization/time management, medical knowledge + sales expertise.

Compensation/benefits (as stated): Base salary $80,000–$100,000; short-term incentive/bonus opportunity within first 12 months; benefits include competitive health/insurance and 401(k) matching for eligible positions.
