Sales Representative (Macon, GA - ENDO)

Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing & sales strategies for products with the ENDO Sales Team.
- Deliver sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers at a defined frequency.
- Use assigned marketing and selling materials in the territory; conduct customer calls with healthcare practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail/wholesaler accounts (if applicable).
- Plan and organize territory coverage; ensure regular and consistent coverage.
- Meet and exceed product sales performance goals through strategic business planning.
- Manage sample distribution and record sample transactions per PDMA guidelines.
- Develop accurate sales presentations communicating product value propositions.
- Create a daily call schedule to ensure efficient territory coverage (and required call volume, if applicable).
- Maintain accurate territory information; perform pre/post call analysis.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease states and product indications.
- Implement the Amneal selling model and DiSC principles when engaging with customers.
- Review/analyze sales data and use developmental budget funds to drive results.
- Complete administrative reports on time; safeguard company assets.
- Enter calls promptly into Veeva System and check/respond to email daily.
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- May provide occasional weekend coverage for patient programs; position requires ~50% travel and possible overnight travel.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field (Required).
- Minimum 1 year of successful outside sales experience (life sciences preferred).

Skills:
- Advanced communication and presentation; advanced relationship building.
- Strong disease state/treatment understanding; proven pharmaceutical/medical device sales success.
- Self-motivated with strong organization and time management.

Licenses:
- US Driver’s license (upon hire, required).
