The Sales Representative implements marketing and sales strategies to promote products with the ENDO Sales Team. Delivers sales presentations to current and prospective customers with a defined frequency, using approved marketing materials in an assigned territory. Conducts business planning and calls on healthcare practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail/wholesaler accounts (if applicable). Plans and organizes activities for regular territory coverage, increases product sales, maintains territory information, ensures reporting/regulatory compliance, and participates in training, conference calls, and meetings. May provide occasional weekend coverage for patient programs. Requires 50% travel and may include overnight travel.
Essential Functions:
- Meet/exceed product sales performance goals through strategic business planning.
- Manage distribution of samples and record transactions per Company policy and PDMA; maintain accurate records.
- Develop and deliver accurate sales presentations using approved materials to communicate value propositions to target customers per call goals.
- Create a daily call schedule to ensure efficient territory coverage.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease states and indications for promoted products.
- Implement the Amneal selling model, including DiSC, to enhance customer interactions.
- Perform pre/post call analysis; review sales data and use developmental budget funds.
- Complete administrative reports on time; safeguard company assets.
- Enter calls into Veeva via iPad and check/respond to email daily.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year successful outside sales experience (life sciences preferred).
- Skills: Advanced communication/presentation; proficient disease state/treatments knowledge; advanced track record in pharma/medical device sales; advanced relationship building; advanced self-motivation/organization/time management; proficient medical knowledge/sales expertise/passion for patients.
Licenses:

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
