The Sales Representative implements marketing & sales strategies to promote products effectively with the ENDO Sales Team. Delivers balanced and informative sales presentations to current and prospective customers at a defined frequency, using approved marketing and selling materials in the assigned territory. Performs business planning and calls on healthcare practitioners and hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail/wholesaler accounts (if applicable). Ensures regular and consistent territory coverage. Maintains accurate territory information and complies with reporting and regulatory requirements. Participates in training, conference calls, and meetings. May provide occasional weekend coverage for patient programs. Requires 50% travel (may include overnight travel).
Essential Functions:
- Meet/exceed product sales performance goals via strategic business planning.
- Manage sample distribution and record transactions per Company Policy and PDMA.
- Create and deliver accurate sales presentations using approved materials.
- Develop a daily call schedule to cover the territory efficiently.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease states and relevant indications.
- Implement Amneal selling model/process (including DiSC) to enhance customer interactions.
- Conduct pre/post call analysis; review/analyze sales data and use developmental budget funds.
- Complete administrative reports; safeguard company assets.
- Enter calls into Veeva System and check/respond to email daily.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree (BA/BS) in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year outside sales experience (life sciences preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication/presentation; disease state/treatment understanding; proven success in pharma/medical device sales; relationship building; self-motivated, organized, time management; combination of medical knowledge, sales expertise, and passion for patients.
- Licenses: US driverβs license (Upon hire, Required).
Compensation/Benefits (if eligible): Base salary $80,000β$100,000/year; short-term incentive/bonus opportunity within first 12 months; health/insurance benefits and 401(k) matching.
