Sales Executive - Mental Health/Hereditary Cancer Risk Testing - Traverse City, MI

Role: Field Sales Executive focused on mental health, responsible for promoting GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing and MyRisk hereditary cancer tests to healthcare providers in mental health and primary care settings. Objectives include increasing test adoption, educating clinicians, and supporting personalized treatment decisions. Responsibilities: develop territory-specific sales plans, build relationships with psychiatrists and primary care providers, deliver clinical presentations, attend industry events, identify new opportunities, collaborate with internal teams (medical affairs, marketing), and maintain CRM records. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred; at least 3 years of successful sales experience in molecular diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices; strong healthcare and mental health knowledge; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently within the Traverse City, MI area; familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy.
