Role: Field-based Sales Executive focusing on mental health and hereditary cancer testing, responsible for driving adoption of GeneSight pharmacogenomic tests and MyRisk/Hereditary Cancer tests among healthcare providers. Responsibilities: develop territory-specific business plans, build relationships with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and mental health professionals, deliver clinical presentations, support product utilization, participate in industry events, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; minimum 3 years of sales experience in molecular diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices; strong knowledge of healthcare, mental health, or psychiatry; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; self-starter with ability to work independently.
