Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through clinical selling and education to referring and treating healthcare providers on Cortrophin Gel.
- Build and execute territory strategy and account-specific plans to drive physician and patient identification, market development, and brand awareness in neurology, nephrology, or rheumatology; continuously assess sales opportunities to maintain and grow the business.
- Prioritize and manage resources, activities, and time to optimize access to and development of accounts with the most sales potential.
- Build individual account plans for key accounts and physicians to maximize sales results.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians using pre-call planning, customized call plans, and post-call analysis to refine approach.
- Collaborate with Cortrophin brand team and internal functions (MSLs, Market Access, patient HUB, and other stakeholders) to ensure access and logistics for patient benefit.
- Partner externally with key accounts and physicians to drive patient identification via market development and physician education; develop a territory strategy to retain customers.
- Demonstrate integrity and compliance.

Skills/Competencies (Required/Preferred):
- Product launch experience is a plus (including working knowledge of government/commercial payers).
- In-house patient support services experience required.
- Familiarity with relevant legal/regulatory pharmaceutical requirements.
- Experience leading territory-level business planning.
- Understanding of patient services and specialty channel distribution preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; Advanced degree in business or science preferred.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated success in rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience in neurology, nephrology, or rheumatology strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends for physician/patient events (in person/virtual).
- Ability to manage a multi-state territory with diverse customers.
- Driverβs license required; overnight travel 40%β60% depending on geography.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Base salary (hourly) range: $160,000β$200,000; eligible for short-term and long-term incentive programs based on performance and company results.
