Shift: Monday–Friday, onsite day shift, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Develop/execute EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training for operational risk assessments and ergonomics assessments (office, manufacturing, lab, warehouse).
- Conduct hazard/risk/exposure/ergonomic assessments for current/future process introductions via change management/new material introduction.
- Support day-to-day campus EHS activities (GMP cell therapy manufacturing; Site Engineering & Facilities; Warehouse; QC labs).
- Ensure compliance with federal/state/local environmental, safety, and health requirements.
- Develop/implement and continuously improve EHS programs.
- Provide on-site technical EHS oversight/support.
- Participate in governance meetings (huddles, Tier meetings, GEMBA walks, EHS committees).
- Apply EHS regulatory requirements in a GMP environment; coach leaders to embed EHS ownership.
- Lead EHS regulatory preparedness; support inspections, self-assessments, and audits.
- Perform incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions; use EHS platforms.
- Lead cross-functional EHS projects; support EHS training curricula; be key internal customer contact.

Qualifications/Required:
- Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related (or equivalent).
- 5+ years EHS experience (preferably GMP manufacturing/biotech/pharma/R&D).
- 5+ years broad EHS with occupational safety & industrial hygiene.
- 3+ years facility/lab auditing.
- 2+ years ergonomic assessments + corrective actions.
- Interface with regulators/inspectors/external auditors.

Preferred Skills:
- CSP/CIH/CHMM; strong project management; risk assessment design/execution; incident investigation/CAPA; computer proficiency (MS Office, EHS systems).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- $91,562–$110,952 (Summit West, NJ, US). Health, wellbeing support, 401(k), disability/life/insurance offerings; Paid Time Off.
