S2P Process Design & Standards Senior Manager

Role: Lead process design and standards for enterprise Source to Pay (S2P), serving as a senior process architect and steward within the S2P Center of Excellence. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining end-to-end S2P, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Category Strategy process frameworks, policies, controls, and decision models; ensuring process integrity, scalability, and compliance; leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies; and aligning process standards with digital systems and analytics requirements. The role collaborates closely with Category and Sourcing teams, User Orchestration, and Analytics COEs to embed standards into workflows and systems without owning execution or configuration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in procurement, S2P, or supply chain process design, with deep expertise in standardization, controls, and performance management; strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.
