Main Responsibilities
Working with Clinical Development RWE Portfolio Heads, lead high-impact RWE projects at project level across therapeutic areas and functions, leveraging core RWE AI evidence generation platforms and other RWE assets.
- Drive RWE projects prioritized by Portfolio Heads based on evidence needs for clinical development and current/future molecule pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal partners (Global Project Team, Clinical Science Organization, Research, Digital Office, Global Regulatory) to fulfill TA and asset needs.
- Execute the project-specific roadmap to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide value by delivering project outputs, highlighting and executing portfolio strategies, and sourcing data needed to run projects.
Focusing Efforts
- Delivery of RWE evidence generation projects for relevant therapeutic areas:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams; ensure execution plan and timelines.
- Coordinate stakeholders to define project MVP, address user needs, and translate them into goals and deliverables.
- Create business cases; document/report activities; define system requirements and dependencies.
- Contribution to RWE portfolio and platform strategy:
- Oversee end-to-end development of projects and dependencies to inform platform roadmaps.
- Ensure access to fit-for-purpose datasets with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage externally to drive adoption of RWE in clinical development (FDA/EMA).
- Collaborate with Regulatory on RW evidence packages and dissemination/use of study outputs.
About You
Main Qualifications:
- PhD or MSc in Health Sciences with quantitative background (Epidemiology or Public Health).
- Minimum 2 years industry experience in real-world/clinical projects.
- Proven capability to deliver complex projects.
- Understanding of relevant therapeutic area(s) in Sanofi context; current needs and innovations in clinical development/evidence generation.
- Understanding of RWE, data analytics, and statistics.
- Understanding of legal/regulatory environment impacting clinical development, labeling, and promotional claims.

- Conceptual thinking; ability to access internal/external resources.
- Experience in global/matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
