RWE Director, Inhaled Portfolio

Role: Lead real-world evidence (RWE) strategy for US respiratory portfolio (Airsupra, Breztri), focusing on asthma and COPD to inform clinical, economic, and access decisions. Responsibilities: design and execute observational studies, develop integrated evidence plans, contribute to payer and formulary dossiers, and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. Collaborate across Medical, Market Access, Commercial, and Field Medical teams, align evidence with brand strategy, and foster external partnerships with academic and data organizations. Utilize AI/ML tools and ensure compliance with research governance and healthcare regulations. Requirements: PhD/MD/PharmD with 5+ years of RWE experience in pharma, managed care, academia, or consulting; expertise in observational study design, US healthcare system, causal inference, and data sources. Preferred: experience in respiratory therapeutics, economic modeling, external partnership building, and AI applications.
