Role: Lead the development of US real-world evidence (RWE) strategies for early-stage assets to inform pricing and access decisions pre-launch. Responsibilities include designing and executing natural history, burden-of-illness, comparative, and health economics studies using advanced causal methods, managing data sources, and collaborating with global teams to embed US evidence needs into strategic plans. Also responsible for external partnerships, responsible AI adoption in RWE workflows, and ensuring research governance. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, MD, or related Master’s in Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Biostatistics; 5+ years of RWE experience in pharma, academia, or consulting; deep expertise in observational study design, US healthcare landscape, and evidence generation for pricing and reimbursement. Preferred: experience across therapeutic areas, especially cardiovascular (dyslipidemia, obesity), and familiarity with assets throughout lifecycle phases. High-Value: US-specific healthcare knowledge, evidence for pricing and HTA, AI application, and external partnership development. Work setup: based in Wilmington, DE, with a focus on high-impact, outcomes-driven evidence generation in a collaborative, matrix environment.
