Operations
What You Will Achieve
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment in a regulated GxP setting in support of multiple vaccine programs.
- Technical contributor assessing assigned tasks and making decisions based on applied knowledge.

How You Will Achieve It
- Operate laboratory and robotic equipment per standard operating procedures (including periodic maintenance such as liquid handler fluid verification/calibration, microplate labeling, and maintenance of lab consumables).
- Perform responsibilities in compliance with SOPs, GxP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Document lab work using LIMS and/or electronic lab notebooks.
- Stay current on departmental and corporate training.
- Adhere to the schedule and complete assigned activities.

Qualifications
Must Have
- Associate degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Computer literacy; Microsoft Windows/Office 365 experience.

Nice-To-Have
- Experience in a regulated CLIA or GxP laboratory setting.
- Experience managing and calibrating equipment.

Compensation
- $29.56 to $49.27 per hour.
