Territory Account Specialist (TAS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges; deliver tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to provide access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and territory data to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Lead customer engagements (virtual or in person) using local insights.
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Essential Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years (Associate) military leadership OR limited prior sales experience encouraged; otherwise 2+ years (Territory) or 5+ years (Senior) or 10+ years (Executive) of relevant specialty/complex sales experience within last 5 years.
- Proven high-performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Strong analytics and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Live in territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
- Driving is essential.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling.
