Rheumatology Territory Account Specialist- Minneapolis

Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use knowledge of the market, competitive landscape, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights, support pull-through, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year college/university).
- 5+ years (as applicable by level) experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex, geographically dispersed sales environments; alternatively complex sales (medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B), especially with field leadership and customer engagement. Limited sales experience acceptable for Associate level.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and ethical leadership skills; ability to foster compliance with company policies and laws.
- Live within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60β80%; ability to drive and/or fly; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Application/Training:
- For field roles with dedicated training, complete initial training including home study (β€8 hours/day, β€40 hours/week).
