Rheumatology Territory Account Specialist β Manhattan

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use knowledge of the market and competition to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data/market trends to create local insights, support pull-through, and engage HCPs virtually or in person.
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments with geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Proven high-performance track record selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
