Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory/field/home-office teams to provide access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to generate local insights and lead impactful engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and coordinate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales environments with geographically dispersed sales teams; Associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Analytical self-starter; ethical leadership and compliance-minded.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80% and drive/fly in territory; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic areas/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Driving is essential; fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.

Training (for field roles with dedicated training): complete initial training/home study (≤8 hrs/day, ≤40 hrs/week).
