Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand and improved patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and trends to uncover insights, support pull-through efforts, and engage customers (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales experience (last 5 years); candidates from related complex sales environments encouraged.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of the border); travel 60–80% within broad geography; valid driver’s license.
- No relocation support; no visa sponsorship.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
