Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to deliver effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to address customer needs and provide access support.
- Use market knowledge, competitive/field insights, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and market trends to generate local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues across functions.
- Provide real-time access support; partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel outreach to engage customers virtually and face-to-face.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience (pharma/biotech/healthcare or complex sales) or, for Associate, limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Track record of high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license; drive and/or fly in territory.

Desirable Requirements
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
