Responsible AI Manager - Agentic AI Governance

Responsibilities:
- Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance approaches for agentic AI.
- Translate Responsible AI expectations, policies, and regulatory requirements into actionable governance requirements, processes, and user guidance.
- Define technical control requirements (usage/access restrictions, human oversight, logging, anomaly detection, incident escalation, and pause/restrict/disable mechanisms).
- Monitor emerging AI risks/standards/regulations and evolve governance frameworks to enable responsible adoption.
- Develop and maintain Responsible AI policies, standards, playbooks, procedures, guidance, and control documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
- Prepare materials for leadership and cross-functional forums, communicating risks, recommendations, decisions, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR Master’s + 2 years OR Bachelor’s + 4 years OR Associate’s + 8 years OR High school/GED + 10 years in AI/ML product development, MLOps/LLMOps, data science, software engineering, Responsible AI, AI governance, or related.

Skills (must-have):
- Technical fluency in AI/ML, generative AI, or agentic AI (model/agent behavior, logging/telemetry, tool use, prompts, config files, SDKs, APIs, access controls).
- Strong understanding of AI risks/governance (human oversight, accountability/transparency, privacy, validity/reliability, appropriate use, fairness/bias mitigation).
- Familiarity with AI regulatory/policy/standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework).
- Cross-functional influence across technical, legal, compliance, risk, cybersecurity, data science, and business.

Skills (nice-to-have):
- Hands-on experience in data science/ML/software/AI product development, MLOps/LLMOps, platform governance, or technical AI risk management.
- Experience with agentic/generative AI platforms, AI assistants/tools, workflow automation, runtime monitoring, or enterprise AI governance.
