Research Associate I/II, Formulation & Process Development

Role: Support formulation and product development with a focus on dried powder formulations, employing techniques like lyophilization and spray drying. Responsibilities: design and execute mixing protocols, produce dried formulations, characterize powders via analytical methods, support process scalability and documentation, conduct stability studies, and establish best practices for platform development. Requirements: BS or MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields; 0-4 years of industry experience depending on level; familiarity with physical chemistry principles, analytical techniques (e.g., DSC, TGA, microscopy), and formulation processes; strong experimental and data interpretation skills; excellent documentation and communication abilities.
