Research Associate I/II, Formulation & Process Development

Role: Formulation and process development scientist supporting early-stage biopharma platform efforts, focusing on dried powder formulations. Responsibilities: design and execute mixing protocols, produce dried formulations via spray drying, freeze drying, and milling, and characterize powders using analytical techniques; support process scalability, document critical parameters, and contribute to establishing formulation workflows and best practices. Requirements: BS/MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related; up to 4 years relevant industry experience; knowledge of physical chemistry and solid-state characterization techniques preferred; proven ability to independently design experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings effectively.
