Role: Formulation Scientist supporting early-stage product development focused on dried powder formulations via lyophilization and spray drying techniques. Responsibilities: design and execute mixing protocols, produce and characterize dried powders, support process scalability and tech transfer, and establish formulation workflows; maintain rigorous documentation and perform stability studies to ensure product robustness. Requirements: BS or MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field; up to 4 years of industry experience for RA II; strong understanding of physical chemistry, materials science, and characterization techniques (e.g., DSC, TGA, microscopy); ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with experimental design, data analysis, and scientific communication skills. Preferred: experience with solid-state analysis, stability testing, and scaling of formulation processes.
